VISION

A place of SERENITY

TRANQUILITY within city reach

This is a home like no other, surrounded by lush gardens, nestled in the ancient landscapes of the Athens Riviera. Apollo Hills is the first phase in what will become a sustainably-minded gated community, just moments from the centre of Europe’s most exciting metropolis.

AN OASIS on the RIVIERA

Peaceful, private and surrounded by gardens – there’s no better way to live by the sea. Apollo Hills is a private, peaceful community of thoughtfully designed homes that encourage residents to relax, mingle and enjoy an active lifestyle.

Exemplary DESIGN

For the design team that envisaged Apollo Hills the leading London-based architects Porphyrios Associates  the project brought to mind a vision of buildings at one with the forest and the sea. “Like yachts dotted along the shoreline,” says Greek founder Demetri Porphyrios.

A home that GIVES BACK

Apollo Hills is firmly rooted in its community. The project and design team has donated more than 11,000m2 of green areas and parks to the local community. As ardent supporters of the region’s rich cultural landscape,
Apollo Hills will offer residents a complimentary membership to the Benaki Museum.

SUSTAINABLE living

Apollo Hills provides a sustainable place in the broadest sense, one that is mindful of its place on the planet and in the city. That sets an example for how we should live and encourages conscious living. The development has received BREEAM certification, the world’s leading sustainability validation body for the built environment.

Breem

Consumption monitors allow residents to keep track of their energy use.

Careful consideration has been given to reducing the environmental impact of Apollo Hills. With thermostats in each room, residents can closely control their heating and cooling, while LED fixtures and motion detectors offer highly efficient lighting.

As part of our commitment to reduce the carbon footprint of Apollo Hills, electric vehicle charging is available to all residents, along with secure bike storage. In each residence, the fireplaces are powered through bio-fuel.

Apollo Hills employs a renewable energy system with photovoltaic solar panels on the roof, while advanced heat pumps equipped with heat recovery allow for sustainable and efficient supply of hot water.

The large surrounding gardens help improve air quality and provide vital shade from the Mediterranean sun. A harvesting tank captures rainwater for the garden, while low-irrigation plants help minimise its reliance on water.

To minimise the environmental impact of construction, Apollo Hills is built using responsibly sourced materials, prioritising local provenance where possible.
